Personal training is a good idea for those who need extra guidance and/or motivation during their workouts. My methods are an empowering alternative to traditional personal training. The typical trainer stresses the importance of following a program he wrote given the limited information he has on you. I focus on helping you balance out all the elements of training in the gym to get the best possible results… no matter the program you are following.
Procedure:
We'll go through a few basic exercises for two major muscle groups that you'd like to improve on. You'll choose two of the following: Chest, Biceps or Forearms, Back, Triceps, Thighs or Calves, Shoulders.

I'll find out about their policies and get back to you. If by chance they don't allow independent trainers I can suggest another gym where we can have our session.
